I was responsible for managing the whole event for the Book Launch of 'Swings of Life', a book written by Mahima Hasija. The event took place in Chelmsford Club, Delhi on 27th February, 2021.
I managed and coordinated the whole event with the collaboration of 'Tinted Roses' an event management company, for the Decor. The management included, handling guest lists, managing chief guests, stage management, overall event and contacting vendors.
For pre-event, we worked on marketing the event, we contacted some Instagram influencers and bloggers for the promotion of the event. PR boxes were sent to all bloggers and influencers, which included the invite, a diary, a pen, bookmark, swings of life batch, and chocolates.

Role : I managed all social media pages of Guby Rogers and helped the pages to grow in domains of social media and digital presence while working on Management, Strategy Design, Brand Growth and Team Supervision.

I led a team of 10+ interns and helped the official social media pages to grow substantially. I also managed a community of over 400 people.

Along with this I have also worked on the Live Project - Career Expo 2020 and I was a part of the Organising Team. The expo took place from 26th September - 18th October with over 300 delegates participating from across the country.

I VIEW WORLD FILM FESTIVAL

I worked at the I View World Film Festival 2020 for a month as an intern for Event Management for the days of the event and Social Media head for the pre-event.
As a social media head, I was handling all the Social Media pages for the film festival, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. We were a team of 8 and worked on all social media posts and stories pre and post the event and during the event.
As an intern for event management, I volunteered for Celebrity Management, where I had to take care of airport transfers, styling and managing the whole schedule for Sayani Gupta and Faraz Ansari. The whole event was of 10 days where the first two days and the last day were offline and the rest of the film festival took place online.

COMIC CON

A comic book convention or comic con is an event with a primary focus on comic books and comic book culture, in which comic book fans gather to meet creators, experts, and each other. Commonly, comic conventions are multi-day events hosted at convention centers, hotels, or college campuses.
It takes place in Delhi annually, I volunteered for the same in December 2019. I was a part of the stage management team and also did celebrity management and their performances on Stage. We also managed the panel discussions, engagement of the audience with the hosts and competitions that take place during the event.

CINFEST

This project was a hypothetical project for our college. We are planning to introduce a new festival in India which has never been done before. Our group wants to create a festival which runs on the philosophy of Netflix and chill. The festival will be 3 days long, preferably in winter (around Christmas/winter holidays) and we want to provide our audience with an open movie theatre.
The audience will be provided with wireless headphones, just like the headphones used in silent disco, so there is no disturbance. We will have 3-4 different screens which will be featuring different genres of films like romantic, horror, thriller, etc. I also made some 3D Designs for this hypothetical project.
